Choose the smallest quality that serves the job
480p is a practical working copy when detail is not critical. Pro can request up to 1080p when the source supports it. A higher setting cannot improve the source; HD also uses more credits. Files are limited to 25 MB, so long or complex footage may need a lower quality.

Is the full video always included?
The selected duration is a maximum, not a clipping tool. A video longer than that limit is rejected rather than silently cut.
How are credits calculated?
Each started minute uses one credit in SD or audio, and four in HD. The selected maximum is reserved first; unused reserved credits are returned after processing.
